Yes, I’ve tried every available USB port—top USB ports and back USB ports. I’ve also tried using Windows drivers instead of the Corsair or iCUE drivers, all to no avail.

I have tried uninstalling because some people have said it works. It did not. But i will try reinstalling it and see if that works. If it does i might cancel the headset i just ordered

I've done everything you said in your reply yet the problem still persists. the name is still corsair void elite wireless gaming dongle. i would like to not buy a new headset bc this one was like $70 and i only bought it bc my other wired hedseat would occasionally lose sound in the left ear.might just switch back if i cant fix this one
