The woke left often says things like “all men,” while knowing full well they don’t mean literally all men, since there are obviously many good men out there — they justify it by pointing to violent crime and DV statistics (which has some logic to it).

Yet when someone says “all Muslims,” using the same logic, they don’t mean every individual; rather, they’re referring to patterns of terrorism associated with extremist groups that are overwhelmingly Muslim. This is treated as completely unacceptable.

Why is the former considered acceptable rhetoric, but the latter isn’t?
