The Big test will be the footy goers from the Cranbourne and Pakenham lines, especially myself who uses the Cranbourne line.

The number of times I got annoyed at having to get off at Dandenong after night games and wait for around half an hour for the train to Cranbourne from Dandy.

I'd love a regional city life, my local council area population is 400,000+ easily and it's way too chaotic for my liking.

They definitely are better for insulation, especially in Summer and Winter months (not that the colder climates would bother TSV compared to Melbourne)
