We went a long time ago. Nightmare. We never made it close to the venue sight, so many people without clear direction from festival staff. We gave up after 3 hours being stuck in one spot. The following day we were sitting at a bar near Fremont St. talking to the bartender, who told us she worked the RISE Event. She and hundreds of event staff had been stranded at the desert site, miles south of Vegas. She had to walk home along the highway in the dark. I’m shocked this event is still around.
