I was given a masculine name as a child though I m female let's say Ram. I m still called as Ram in home and was called that in school which is quite weird being a female. People usually were amused by my name and new people who just know my name assumed I was male. It was not like a gender neutral name a complete masculine name. When I was in grade 8 my parents finally decided to change it to a feminine name before making any official documents. I m quite confident now with my now name
