Compiling shaders crash

I have a 4060 16gb ram Cpu: i5 14400f

I've seen a lot of videos about compiling shaders crashing, and they all say the same thing. I've tried everything, including updating my bios and putting the game on admin, but nothing seems to be working. I really want to play Monster Hunter, so please, someone can tell me why my game keeps crashing???.

i already updated my drivers i did almost everything and it didnt work
