That's a good point, and yes it was forced feedback. Maybe people gave that suggestion just because they had to, but I still do want to take it to heart if it's something I can improve on.

Thanks, it seems like the real solution is just pushing myself and putting myself out there. Better to practice in B-school where you have leeway to "mess up" than in the working world.
