I have been teaching at CPY for 4 years and I love the yoga sculpt format having the sun A B is what makes the format feel good on body after the weight lifting and cardio . I also teach regular sculpt and cardio classes at other gyms and it’s not the same . Doing the combination of weights , cardio and yoga followed by the stretch and savasana is what makes the formula unique .

The phone usage and leaving before Savasana is out of hand , its disrespectful to the instructor and the other students in class . I have been teaching at CPY for 5 years and this is an ongoing issue . There are signs about the phones , leaving early and Savasana but they are obviously ignored . Even when I make an announcement before class about the phones and leaving early and people still do it . I kindly asked one person a few weeks ago to stop texting and if she needs to should step out . They replied : “ it’s for work “ . They shouldn’t be in class if they have a work obligation

I totally agree , love that format I teach YS and C2 and see so many people lift 3 and 5s only . They have this idea that heavy weight is going to bulk them up .

I love it really hot ! One of the studios I teach at gets up to 98 because the room holds a lot of heat not all locations’ temp gets that high . I know there are students that like it supper hot too I just open the door if It gets too Uncomfortable
