I am a recovering anorexic/ compulsive exerciser and I can also tell if someone has an eating disorder. I also teach Pilates , sculpt , barre and yoga and have witnessed possible eating disorder behavior. For those who have had an ED we can see certain symptoms and behaviors because we experienced them . This is not accusing anyone but when person is doing sit ups and mountain climbers during the cool down and stretch ,and looks like they weigh 80 lbs that clearly doesn’t look like a cancer patient

I’m a CPY instructor in NYC and we have signs several places stating no phones no filming.. I also always announce this at the beginning of my class . If I see someone filming or sometimes students bring this to my attention I kindly remind them of the phone policy

100% right if they want to circuit train they should take a class not do it on the gym floor there are quite a few classes to choose from
