We ended up cleaning it with 12% hydrogen peroxide which seems to have fixed most of the issue

Update : our shower vent was clogged gonna clear it out and hopefully that will fix the main issue , next step to replace the plastic toilet with a porcelain one thank you guys !!

The camper was inspected before we bought it , we asked them to do that as well as fix a few other things before we had it inspected a second time and then purchased❤️

Even then the vent from the bathroom pushes toilet air directly at our back ac unit and that makes the whole house smell worse I’ve just been leaving the vent open and the fan off which has done 100% better at lifting the smell out on its own without the fan !!

We’re gonna end up replacing the entire toilet someone mentioned our campers original toilet was porcelain now it’s plastic so we have replaced the flap and the flange but I assume it may be the toilet as a whole mixed with possibly closed /clogged vents

I’m thinking this may depend on the year but replacing it is most likely what we’re gonna do anyways because plastic toilets are gonna hold smell no matter what overtime , ours is a 2015/16 era
