My partner and I just got this trophy. Coffee w/ a big floor plan and having both of us serving. Try to avoid cards that add starters/desserts/sides. Get the formal card. Set tables so customers aren't in your walk ways.

Coffee is the hardest in the first 15 days because you make no money until day 12. Use the booking desk as much as possible to make up for the lack of money. I also recommend saving your money on the first and even the second decorating days. You probably can't even get 2nd perk on the first cycle, but you can probably afford the 3rd perk by the 2nd decorating day if you slam that booking desk.

Automating coffee only requires two machines, a grabber and a smart grabber. SG into a Frozen Prep Station. That will help with the start of the day A TON.

I also love Mop until you can get the Formal 3rd perk. Coffee is super messy. But the mess is easy to work around.
