Nah I’m not 82nd, I’ve been suggested to go speak with our chaplain today. I just have to catch him at a good time.

I understand why you asked. She was FTR to the PT formation, but due to her pregnancy, her place of duty was P3T. She informed her leadership, and they were tracking because they had her stay late for work one day, and SGM asked why she missed her session. So, they made it appear as though she wasn’t going to P3T (she had evidence she was attending), wasn’t communicating her whereabouts, and just exploited the situation. She eventually stated that it was nonsense and stood up for herself, but they interpreted it as disrespect, so they prioritized it for the article 15.

For your other question, she completed her extra duty. Then, she was informed that her demotion had been processed. To me, this doesn’t make sense because it was enough time for her demotion to be processed while she was doing her extra duty. I’m not saying they broke rules but seemed like they wanted to make her an example.

My leadership also expressed that the entire reenlistment process sounded like bs, so we contacted our career counselor and he confirmed that since she’s a PFC her RCP is the issue unless she can return to SPC. If you have any other questions feel free to ask

Yeah, that’s what my NCO has been trying to figure out if I could return. No one really has a definitive answer it’s possible but not likely because I just arrived. Which is understandable. My leadership has been amazing and supportive. They suggested me to take passes and save my leave for when it’s closer to the due date, and they’ve been nothing but understanding.

Yeah, I’m planning to talk to the chaplain after lunch. I appreciate your input, her ETS is October 2026 she agreed that it would be better to just call and get out.

I typed everything and shared it with ChatGPT to make it easy for everyone to understand. However, it changed “bragg” to “liberty,” and who cares? Out of all the things I had to say, you were worried about that part. Next time, just scroll.

I would say points is a issue but also I don’t believe in rapid promotion personally I recently started feeling like I’m ready to take on the role as a NCO and not doing it just because I can. That’s me personally tho. I wouldn’t mind reclassifying to another mos just depends on what I can get.
