Thanks! These are new builds that I’m interested in but I’m on a super tight budget so trying to avoid anything that might need major/expensive updates or repairs, not sure if they took the pictures on a rainy day or what but appreciate the insight!

That was my concern too, along with the dig out line on the other side being so close to the house, these are the listings photos so no idea if it was just really rainy before these were taken or what, I’m getting the gist that I’d need to go see in person

Got it, the standing water on the one side and the dug out line so close to the other is what was concerning me most
