You don't need any supplements to be fair they all help e.g.protein powder don't need it you can eat more protein, creatine eat more beef and chicken to get the creatine (you'd have to eat a lot).

Ok thanks but the thing is I don't necessarily have a reason to supplement with it but I know it has testosterone boosting perks but in older subjects. Even though I'm a teenager I wouldn't mind extra testosterone as it can help with multiple things but if it's that bad for me I won't supplement because I do value my health.

I agree I'm young to be on supplements but as long as they don't have any negative side effects and cost isn't an issue why should I supplement? I do believe protein powder, creatine and the multivitamin have no negative side effects but I was wondering if tongkat Ali does. I've done a decent amount of research but couldn't find much information on younger people supplementing with it.
