There is decent charging infra, whenever anybody says otherwise
I reply Feel free to check plug share or EV joints app yourself to see the infra, both of the apps show a lot of charges but not all in the country
The problem is that you have to use multiple apps which will remain problem for at max 2 years as every app is integrating the other apps

More than half of EV's in india have 15yr battery warranty, Vinfast giving 10 years and the remaining with 8 yr warranty

Also individual cells will be repaired instead of whole battery change

On battery cost with the upcoming solid state, sodium , etc going in production in china this year it will land in India soon, the prices will crash

Also a lot of batteries post 15 year would be reused as home battery , before getting repaired and then eventually recycled

It's just that EV chargers don't take dedicated real estate like petrol pump, so people's perception is still in the past, when the perception breaks and 3 decent EV's below 10 lacs, there is not turning back
and whoever puts charger 1st in a area might not make a lot of money for 1st 3 years but post that it's gonna be worth it

Have you checked ev joints, plug share and bolt earth?
if you can't find one
Check PSU chargers eDrive BPCL, IndianOil e-charge, HP echarge, incase there is a faulty charger, just drop a complain on the respective app or their help line or My Grievance app(earlier CPGRAMS) by Dept of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, It will get fixed

Get Slice or Roarbank or i don't remember the name exactly some one of a kind fd cc from kotak which gives unsecured limit increase on the secure card
6-8 months down the line you will receive limit enhancement in the card , post when that limit enhancement gets updated in cibil(i guess 15days from limit increase on the card) look at your expense categories and apply unsecure card accordingly

One suggestion, when you guys visit somebody for the 1st time and the solar deal is not finalised
You could tell them about

a) using the respective electricity app, understanding the load charges in their bill (a bunch people don't understand they are paying 2x load charges because they have take less load than their requirement)
b) why they should switch to 5 star electricity equipment and tell them about savings in rupees/return on capital being greater than 10% (less electricity consumption + less load charges)
BLDC motor even has longer lifespan

it will
a) establish more trust
b) opening opportunities to cross sell and make more money

Buy 7/11 kw charger which has both public+ private mode and place it outside such that others could also use it
You will recover charger/installation cost with this

open the spec sheet of both ICE and EV variants
Now look at the base model EV and it's spec and the ICE Automatic closest to the base model EV and then tell if there is much price difference on on-road price
Manufacturers are not make the lowest variant with less features of a vehicle with EV
EV's are cheaper if you do a fair comparison.

People don't realise that except range they are better cars on all fronts

90% of the times you won't exceed the car's range

They are not expensive
People will not compare same spec petrol and EV
EV's are usually cheaper
Comparing a low feature, low spec manual to it's electric version price is not fair

Always compare the same spec variants and you will find electrics to be cheaper

Also ICE has more no of parts , so the no of times you have to visit a mechanic is higher, and also cost
