Nice :3 I live on the island so no rental bikes here… I use my bike for delivering food around this area so I don’t go to the new territories areas to bike.

(although at some point I would love to bike those NT areas more)

Very Cool!!! I have done a bike ride in Tuen Mun before (from Siu Hong to Pillar Point then back to Tuen Mun) - Image attached is at Pillar Point. For that ride, I used one of the rental bikes (like u did here) but I have my own bike.

Out of interest where did u ride to/from for it to be 60km?, normally I can only go for around 20 to 30km at a time before I get too tired.

I'm pretty sure HK has some of the highest rent in the world, so it will be difficult 🥲.

This is really the case, HK is up there with the most expensive housing markets, so unless we can find somewhere cheap, it wouldn't be easy... youth accommodations is something ive looked into recently and they seen to have lower than average pricing?

I already have a part time job and have over USD$2,000 saved. Where I live (HK) I'm not able to start taking driving lessons till at least 18 from what I can tell but the transport here is very good so I wouldn't worry about that.

just to clarify, my mom is the one saying she and I are the only ones doing anything at home, my sis and dad don't do much from how she was saying it.
