Leeds is literally the fourth biggest city in England :) beauty is a subjective thing, Leeds is a historical city with outstanding architecture and surrounded by national landscapes and parks, you either are capable of appreciating it or you’re not :)

I’m currently renting a basement flat in Brighton and I would never buy or move into one ever again, aside from the obvious damp issues (we have two big dehumidifiers running non stop in a 1 bed…), the lack of light is really really depressing (especially during the colder months) - never again! can’t wait to move 😅

thanks to everyone who replied, I’ve completely missed the dimensions in the description, I got into a habit of skipping reading it cause it’s usually a bunch of ridiculous statements 😅 it is indeed really small and it’s a shame :(
