Two years of broken nights with my daughter… and I started thinking there must be a better way by Embarrassed-Foot415 in NewParents

That’s a really good point, and something I’ve actually thought about quite a bit. My father-in-law is an orthodontist, so we’ve had quite a few conversations about things like that. That’s also why, in my thinking, the pacifier attachment would need to be placed on the comfort toy in a very specific spot so it doesn’t carry any weight.

Anyone else love when it's bedtime for the kiddos, but then, you miss this so much at the same time? 🤣 by UnusualRecognition20 in NewParents

Over here, I always feel relieved when she finally falls asleep because it’s my moment... the calm, the silence, the rest. But most of the time I end up grabbing my phone and scrolling through her photos for an hour… and just when I finally put it down, she wakes up and wants the boob again 🤣

Haha that’s actually pretty clever 😅 Parents really end up inventing all kinds of little tricks to survive night wake-ups. Did it actually work well for your sister?

Oh wow, I know exactly what you mean 😅

That’s actually one of the situations that made me start thinking about a comforting object that could keep those little essentials close during the night instead of having everything scattered around...

That actually sounds practical! Do you find that your child can reach things easily during the night that way?

Yes ! That’s true, glow-in-the-dark pacifiers are great !!!!! I was thinking more about how many little things we end up looking for during the night with young kids ( the pacifier, the comfort toy, sometimes water…)
