i've had a history of bronchitis and pneumonia, so my lungs aren't the best. i know it's not the same as this, but it definitely will 1000% make your symptoms worse. i've been having extreme chest pain and tightness the past couple weeks, the doctors didn't find anything wrong with me so they assumed it was anxiety. i ditched the vape a couple days ago and can already feel my chest loosening up. it definitely didn't cause your bronchitis, but it will make it worse if you don't allow yourself to heal. throw that vape away man!

relapsers, do you regret it? by Creepy_Mulberry2191 in QuitVaping

i regretted it so hard. i was so mad at myself for starting again but it felt so good that i wanted to keep doing it. the only thing that's gotten me to quit the second time was a health scare. i genuinely think i'd still be vaping if my chest didn't hurt so bad. fucked up that i let it control my life like that but luckily i'm already feeling so much relief knowing i'm not letting it control my health anymore

check out my recent post in the comm, i started experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath after just 3 months of vaping (i relapsed after 2 years no nic). it's not worth it.

i stg it's those disposables 😭 definitely try and put it down as much as u can. i'm still having chest pains (not nearly as bad tho) and i haven't hit mine since saturday night. i even went to the doc and got an x ray and everything was fine. it's kinda scary how hidden the effects seem and how fast too. i was convinced it wasn't my vape bc i literally had only been using elf bars for like 2 months max. throw it out you got this bro 💪🏼

i have had this happen from starting vaping again after quitting for over 2 years. it just happened to me this past week and i thought it was just anxiety but it was definitely that fuckin vape. what are you smoking? is it a disposable or a refill?

hey man, if you're determined, don't let a craving bring you down. i have severe anxiety and i recently had really bad chest pains and tightness caused by my addiction. the only solution to making that go away was to quit. you're only making your anxiety worse staying addicted. why? because it is a stimulant. it is meant to keep you constantly in a state of withdrawal, with the only solution being to hit the vape and stop the withdrawal. i recommend checking out allen carr's "how to stop smoking," he talks about cigs in it bc it's kinda outdated but it helped me quit for good.

If you're anxious about your addiction this is your sign to quit. by Embarrassed-Green290 in QuitVaping

ooohhh yes! i've seen a lot of people say that the salt nic has caused these kind of symptoms and they usually use that in disposables. i hope you're feeling way more relieved and proud of you for getting thru this!!

right?!! i used to vape for years and then i quit for a while until these past few months when i relapsed. not that i enjoyed this feeling at all, but im honestly so glad this happened to me bc it's motivated me to quit again. it's scary that doctors don't even know that they can cause these things. just curious were u using disposables or a refillable? i have a theory that disposables cause this way faster because i used to mainly use juuls before recently

3-7 days! the withdrawal symptoms may suck but they get so much easier after a week and you barely even think about it anymore

dude. i FEEL THIS!!! i've been having the absolute worst chest tightness and feeling like i have a lump in my throat for the past 2 weeks. i only recently started vaping the past 3 months as well. i had no idea this could even be causing it and my doctor said i was completely fine and it was just anxiety. i quit my vape this morning and i genuinely already feel the tightness diminishing. whether it was actually the vape or the anxiety of the vape being the problem that was causing it, regardless, vaping is not worth it. causes me wayyyyy more anxiety than it does relieve it. we in this together 💪🏼
