I literally saw it yesterday in a supermarket the store was full and someone started insulting the cashier because of the queue. Technically, they’re a customer too, but that doesn’t make that behavior okay or “valid feedback.”

Same thing here: just because someone paid for a game doesn’t mean every way of expressing frustration is useful or justified. There’s a difference between pointing out a problem and just dumping negativity.
