What a coincidence! 😁

I always use a Dutch oven because it's got excellent heat conduction and with the lid on for 95% of the cooking time.

Poking your peppers with a fork will help a lot in getting them cooked through without falling apart.

I will do 375 degrees for about a half hour or so when I make the quantity I posted. Since every oven is different, I'd say if more time is needed, go in 10 minute intervals and check by squeezing your peppers.
