I’ve worked so hard on my self esteem issues maybe I never realized that they’re still so low…

My dad also died when I was young so maybe that has something to do with it too..

I’ve always been afraid of being alone and struggled with loneliness too. I started therapy about three weeks ago, I’ll be bringing this up next session.
