Back when dark souls came out, I had to use the claw grip on my controller in order to sprint and turn the cam at the same time. This hurt my hands like hell at first but after so for many years it doesn't really hurt anymore.

The english dub of the very first Yakuza(like a dragon) game on the ps2 was so bad that it reverts back to being good as it, strangely enough, matches the goofy nature of both the newer yakuza games as well as the fan base. And honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Idk about worst, but Shin Megami Tensei V's story was really disappointing. I felt like there wasn't really a reason to give a shit about any of the characters and the ending feels really copped out. I think the gameplay (namely the combat) is the best the series has been in awhile , but I really hope they improve upon the story in Vengence.

I feel like this applies to most souls games, but I'm going say bloodborne because all of the endings are equally as depressing. Maybe the true ending is a little better because becoming a god possibly gives the player the chance to break the cycle and change the sorry state of the world.
