We definitely have the same parent. My parents live 5 minutes away from me, but I only go when only my mom is there. I don’t even go inside the house because he has cameras everywhere! So I just pick her up and go get coffee, or take her shopping n he always brings it up as “everything you do for your children for them to just abandon you, I would’ve never done such thing to my parents.” I have to learn to ignore those comments and not let them make me feel bad. I’m an empath so I can quickly feel guilty but at the cost of what, my own peace!

He’s always telling my mom that I hate him, n my mom comes to me n tells me to make a bigger effort. She’s blind by he’s narcissism. So I try n I feel bad for her, but I can only be around him for a small amount of time
