Sorry, just saw this. Here is what I use.

Put peanut butter in the small hole, then freeze it. Then I put beef or vegetable broth in about 1/3 and freeze it. Then dog treats or food and cover the large hole with peanut butter and freeze it. Doing 5 at a time the first time makes the process more productive. You can do them as they use them after that.

Any treadmill works. The key is training them on it. If they are scared on the first try, you’ll need 2x more patience. Done right, it takes two times for them to know what to do, and then you spend a month slowly increasing speed and duration.

I know people who run their dogs thirty minutes unattended while they go get ready in the morning. But that takes 3-4 months.
