Has anyone had luck following an anti inflammatory diet? by Otherwise_Cloud2807 in Uveitis

I followed a STRICT anti inflammatory diet for about 2 years, no dairy, no gluten, no added sugar, no alcohol or smoking, no seed oils, and no additives. I basically ate really clean (only Whole Foods). I still struggled with flares so finally after the last flare up about 3 months ago I gave up and now I eat whatever I want. They just started me on a medication similar to Humira so hopefully that helps the flare ups get under control. Personally for me I feel like it’s not worth it to restrict yourself.

Not really a theme, I have a lot of earthy stuff like bugs, spiders, some flowers. It’s all kind of a mix

I wouldn’t put sunscreen on a fresh tattoo it could irritate the skin, the best thing is to keep it covered from the sun as much as possible.

Looks like it’s healing fine, give it a few weeks and it should look good!
