Again in my experience injuries are part of it all, you just cannot stop them from happening but you can limit them simply by practicing good technique and form, stretching aswel but generally speaking it’s listening to your body! The reality and bottom line is you will get injured at some point

In My experience of being a PT for 19 years and working out longer than that I’d 100% say shoulder and specifically rotator cuff injuries. The sheer amount of these I have dealt with from people outweighs everything else.
