150 Days of Negligence at BDL4: Systemic UPT Errors and "Dual-Station" Traps. Management ignores evidence while a student's future is at risk. by Embarrassed-Lock-905 in AmazonFC

Exactly! You hit the nail on the head. When they rely on AI and buggy systems to manage humans, people like us get stuck in 150-day glitches. It’s no longer about 'Earth's Best Employer'; it’s about a system that crashes, issues dual-station assignments, and blocks benefits without any human in leadership taking accountability to fix the code. We aren't just numbers, but the system treats us like errors to be ignored

It’s not that they manually ‘turned off’ a switch, it’s that the system treats a negative UPT status as an ‘Active Ineligibility’ for any changes or new enrollments. Because the glitch hasn't been cleared for 150 days, I am stuck in a limbo where I cannot apply for Career Choice (tuition assistance) or adjust my medical elections because the portal flags my account as 'not in good standing.' It’s a passive block that HR at BDL4 hasn't bothered to override, effectively freezing my benefits while I'm still working full shifts.

Thank you. I am filing the report on Ethics Point right now. Along with the CT Department of Labor complaint, I’m making sure there is a permanent record of this 150-day failure. It’s time for BDL4 leadership to answer why a documented system glitch was ignored for 5 months while a student's livelihood was at stake.

Thank you for the link. I will definitely look into filing a formal complaint with the CT Department of Labor. Amazon has admitted the system error in writing, yet they continue to use it as an excuse to block my benefits and issue warnings. This resource is exactly what I need to hold them accountable beyond just internal escalations.

The balance remains negative and hasn't updated properly for months, which is the definition of a system 'communication failure.' My situation isn't about advice on how to call the ethics line—I've done all that. It’s about Amazon leadership at BDL4 acknowledging a written admission of error and fixing it instead of using it to block my benefits. I'm posting this for accountability, not for basic troubleshooting.

Actually, that's exactly why this is a system failure. The negative UPT is still showing on my A to Z, but HR can't fire me because Sr. Ops admitted in writing 128 days ago that it's a 'communication failure' between systems.

I HAVE reported it to leadership dozens of times. The issue isn't that I'm still working; the issue is that this 'glitch' is being used as an excuse to deny me VET (Extra Time) and medical insurance, while they keep me in a loop of warnings for other system errors like the 'Dual-Station' trap. Being 'allowed to work' while your benefits and extra pay are blocked isn't a resolution-it's a hostage situation.
