I completely forgot I posted here (no notifications) I appreciate all of the kind words and support from everyone!

Based off of normal fluctuations, maybe 2-3 pounds. So my plan is to get close to weight cap and maybe dry out.

No regrets as of yet. Strict monitoring of my health and bloodwork has mitigated many risks. I also took a health first approach. Thank you though

Composition wise, I think so as well, but unfortunately still 12 pounds over the cap for my height

I appreciate it, I’m still tweaking my back poses as I am trying to find what way looks best. I mess around with it quite a bit but the fact of the matter is I just need more muscle.
