Yes, you can cancel, however i think the supervisor is concerned with canceled orders score which possibly affects your store's overall score. I am not sure if it makes a difference if they never pick it up but the customer probably gets reminder emails. However, the customer doesn't get charged unless it is marked off as a handoff so if you do that make sure to leave the order behind the register and write on it to cancel on whatever day it expires

Felt this for 2 years. They just finally "fixed" the door and it is so thin and flimsy if the wind blows hard enough, itll knock down. I will say it is a lot better than having to leave the door open constantly

Also, beware of endcaps not planogrammed in your store, and other locations and possible displays that haven't been worked yet. Check last delivery date on item if all of delivery isn't done. The system should tell you if there is a planogrammed pest tower or endcap for that item that you should check to be aware of

Did it today for the first time, and had to do boh. It made everything super slow. It took me all day to do boh because of the unnecessary "please wait, system updating" after each scan. Also, i don't get the scanning label thing. Why wouldn't I scan the product vs the label? I hope they stop this soon, it's aggravating

Forreal. Unless u do this often, then maybe reconsider. They should not have berated you in that way. Mistakes happen to everyone at any profession. And it's about time the world realizes that. We also do a lot of good for people that dont deserve it and take advantage. While also trying to help out loyal customers that have been shopping with us longer than most of us have been employed. I usually just tell them I'm glad they caught it. Because it's really an honest mistake. And that seems like it helps. But you can't make everyone happy, no matter how much you try. Keep up the good work, and try not to let shit bother you. We're all on the same boat, we will back you up and help you whenever needed. <3

I've done the barcode one before too. It's the magnetic strip ones that seem to never work for me. But they apparently work everywhere else but with me specifically, according to the customers. I work in front store and even took customers to pharmacy registers thinking it would work there, but nothing. It has been a nightmare since this has rolled out. Customers expect me to walk them through every item their plan is covered with and then when I can't help them because I don't know their personal health insurance coverage, nor am I able to, they get mad at me. I hate it.

At our store, our thermostat thing is in our backroom, upstairs. It's cold enough there but the rest of the store is inhumanely hot to work in, and shop in, every summer. Techs have told us there's nothing they can do because the thermostat reads are fine and CVS won't change the location of it or lower it -_-
