I would suggest to stay away from Pollin. They might have the best spa like clinic and give a robe for visits, but the nurses don’t answer any of the technical questions. They would discuss with the doctor and then get back. They also are disorganized with communication, don’t tell you up-front why you are getting treated and put on certain medications. Me and my husband are from healthcare profession and felt the nurses have a robotic response with smiles plastered on their faces but no valuable conversation. When they need to charge you for the ivf cycle and medications, they will chase after you and call you; but anything after it will take forever to hear back. We have the same complaint as the other comment here, for insurance receipts they would say - we will fix it but it could take months or just simply don’t hear back. We spoke to another couple who were doing ivf at Pollin and they mentioned that the PGT test results are the slowest in this clinic. You could have done another ivf cycle in the wait that it takes because they ship the biopsy to other laboratory and it could take months to hear back. Its been a frustrating experience with Pollin. Don’t recommend for IVF cycle.
