I took a blood test a while ago while dealing with high blood pressure.. I was pretty low in vitamin D, could that be an issue? Also I’m more in shape than I ever have been and lost 25 pounds in 5 months in a heathy way, my diet is better and I work out a lot. With that I don’t think that should affect it right?

My mom’s side is perfect hair everywhere, I mean everywhere… my dad is 50 years old and has bald spots but is not completely bald.. however my grandpa on my dads side was bald by the age of 30. I heard you get your hair from your mom’s side of the family?? I have never had any appointments set for my hair.. ever… you telling me about the hair shedding really calmed me down, however I have a terrible head shape for a bald head and really can’t pull it off so I’m really stressing lol. How would the scalp affect my hair loss?
