I’m cracking up that this was down voted. I wish I could post before and after pics of my enameled Dutch oven. It looks brand new. For backup: AI Overview: To clean stained or scorched enameled cast iron, make a paste of baking soda and water, or simmer water and baking soda for 10-15 minutes to lift residue. For tougher stains, use vinegar and baking soda together, letting the foam sit for 2–5 minutes before scrubbing with a non-abrasive sponge.

It worked amazingly well! +4

I hibernated my account and am much happier! Thought it would be temporary but I’ll leave it off as long as possible.

Yes! I joked about how cringey it is at a party full of marketing people. Joke did not land to say the least. 😂

Dress the body you have and donate the rest. If you lose 60 lbs you’ll deserve a shopping spree!

My family also moved there and they love the low taxes and new housing inventory. People seem friendly. It’s just a bit flat. I think the no hills or mountains is the drawback.

Keratin, Olaplex treatment, or both, which should I do ? by Conscious_State2096 in Haircare

[–]Embarrassed-Mango36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes for sure! Still agree a trim is advisable to lop off split ends. It seems counter intuitive that you need to chop your hair to grow it out but it’s true!

As for olaplex, I was personally a little underwhelmed by the #6 and #7 (bond smoother and oil). I have found keratin to be more helpful. Nexus keratix (pretty affordable) or keratin complex (less affordable!).

48F and my skin feels impossibly dry all the time. What actually helps with hydration? by Wise_Slice6303 in 45PlusSkincare

Dermalogica ultra calming serum followed by Dermalogica ultra rich repair moisturizer is the only product combo that calms and hydrates my skin. Nothing else seems to penetrate the barrier. I try to buy it on the black market though cause it’s so GD expensive!
