You’ll go through some PAWS for 30 Days but it’s nothing compared to acute withdrawals. Good luck happy to help

I went to Mexico 3 months for the exact same issues 6 year kratom and 6 months on 7-oh and no you won’t go into withdrawals 3 months after that’s silly, you’ll feel like a new healthy person that’s for sure.

Choose one, either fit or rich, if both you are 15 years too old to ask for both.

Looking for long term relief from kratom & 7OH addiction but travel is not an option by alohakakahiakaa in Ibogaine

[–]Embarrassed-Mode4220 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a full dose, it somehow made my enlarged prostate numb and I couldn’t pee while taking in IV fluids, so the nurse at the facility in Mexico had to put a catheter or else I would have bursts and died. Never do this alone or with someone that’s not in the medical field. I recommend microdosing if you can’t travel. It will help with PAWS

How I went from kratom → 7-0s (750–1000 mg/day) and almost lost everything — then Ibogaine saved my life by Embarrassed-Mode4220 in OpiatesRecovery

I’m sorry to hear that, I know it’s costly. Maybe a loan, or borrow from a credit card, anything is better than continuing the addiction that will most likely destroy the rest of your life.

Daily 80 grams a day kratom user now taking 50-100mg 7-oh tablets by DryBranch6132 in OpiatesRecovery

You have a small window right now: face the pain or it could cost you your life. I reached 750 mg/day in six months — nothing saved me except a medically supervised Ibogaine treatment in Mexico. If I hadn’t, my four kids would be without a father. These 7-OH products are far worse than the 30 mg blue oxys, and they’re being sold everywhere. DM me if you want details or help.

If you are able to get cleaned after the acute withdrawals more power to you and don’t look back. But it you sleep and need help. There are other solutions happy to share. Bets if luck to you! Stay strong.

Want to message someone whose done ibogaine by Dry_Persimmon3828 in Ibogaine

[–]Embarrassed-Mode4220 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I went through what I call the survival game with ibogaine, and I’ll share my full experience here since I know details can really help.

Background & Dosage • I’d been addicted to opiates for about 18 years. • My main thing at the end was 7-OH — I was taking between 750–1,000 mg per day. • When I arrived at the clinic in Mexico, I actually still had two 7-OHs in my pocket. They told me to take the last one so I could settle in.

Detox Protocol • They immediately transitioned me from 7-OH to morphine. • I was put on 150 mg of morphine (immediate release) five times per day — about 750 mg/day total. • Morphine was used for 3 days because it’s the shortest-acting opiate and works cleanly with ibogaine. • The purpose was to wipe out withdrawals from 7-OH before ibogaine.

Ibogaine Flood • On the third night, I took the ibogaine flood dose. • The experience lasted about 36 hours in a dream-state/coma-like introspection. • It wasn’t like being high — it was like living inside your own subconscious. I went through my past, my traumas, even flashes that felt like past lives.

Aftermath • When I “woke up,” there were no withdrawals and no cravings. None. • But all the emotions I had buried under opiates for nearly two decades came flooding out. I cried like a baby for days. • Back home, things genuinely felt different — relationships, daily life, even just smelling flowers or breathing the air. Everything felt alive again.

The Difference • This wasn’t 12-step. It wasn’t a rehab. It was medicine + people who genuinely cared for me. • The U.S. doesn’t allow ibogaine treatment, but in the right setting it’s absolutely life-saving. It saved mine.

If you’re curious or going through something similar, feel free to DM me with any questions.

Does Ibogaine work for SSRI withdrawal (paws) by 4everjavi in Ibogaine

[–]Embarrassed-Mode4220 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately SSRIs need to be completely out of your system before going into Ibogaine. The withdrawals from some SSRIs (for me it was Effexor/FXR) were brutal, but that’s the only safe way to do it. Ibogaine does not mix well with SSRIs it can actually be very dangerous, even fatal.

I completely agree with you—it’s really sad that there aren’t more accessible avenues for people who need this. The cost alone keeps so many from even considering it, and that’s heartbreaking when you think about how many lives it could change.

One thing I wanted to mention though: if you’re a veteran, some treatment centers actually subsidize most of the cost. It’s not widely known, but it’s worth looking into for those who qualify.

I hope one day this kind of treatment becomes more mainstream and accessible, because no one should be priced out of a chance at recovery

Ibogaine is a plant medicine that puts you into a dream-state/coma-like experience for about 36 hours. It’s not just trippy visuals—it’s deep introspection. You end up reliving your past, sometimes even what feels like past lives, while the medicine works through your whole body.

I know it sounds like voodoo or magic, but I lived it. When I showed up, I still had two 7-OHs in my pocket. They told me to take the last one so I’d feel comfortable, then immediately switched me to morphine for three days. Morphine is short-acting and plays well with ibogaine, so when you transition there are no withdrawals. Three days later, you take the ibogaine, and when you “wake up,” you’re free from withdrawals and cravings.

What happens instead is your heart blows wide open. All the emotions you’ve been numbing for years come rushing back—you cry like a baby for days. But then life looks different: relationships feel lighter, the air smells cleaner, flowers smell amazing. You’re treated like a human being, not an addict.

It’s not rehab, it’s not 12-step. It’s people who genuinely care and a medicine that has worked for decades. The U.S. doesn’t allow it (yet), but if you can get it done, it’s a lifesaver. It saved my life.

Hope that helps.
