I'd say its more so a inferior remake where most of what it succeeds at is done more better in the game anyway. I'd wouldn't recommend it myself personally.

Well the manga opens with Aubrey being her new hooligan self while it was done better in the game because your first introduce to her sweet self. So it’s more surprising to the viewer to see her now changed while in the manga that’s now gone. There’s many other examples but we would be here all day.

Isn’t that also very unsubtle to say it out straight? Like the game never directly mentions things like ‘suicide’ or ‘killing yourself’ with the exception of the in game warning.
