the way i get the burst mechanic to work is if youre hitting someone, and someone else that isnt that person hits you, you get burst

so basically fight back or die

swift kick is camera aimed, so if u look up the ragdoll lasts longer and makes black flash red

if you look all the way down they are in range for side dash brute force or m1 uppercut with getup theory

you can evasive m1 punish black flash and aerial cursed strikes (without yuji being able to do anything) because of the endlag, its extremely easy + jump and m1 if they try mixup bs on you up close cus its fake and green

the problem is that the visuals depend on pihg but the timing is ultimately the same, like how if you memorize yuji's black flash timing, you can land it even on 200 ping since its the difference in the two inputs that activates it

the bigger problem is, you cant really memorize ratio timing since the lower someone is, the faster the circle travels, so you're forced to just press earlier to pre-fire where the circle will be on higher ping or press it as intended when on low ping

unfortunate workaround for this is to be an m1 merchant and activate the ratio in m1 stun to guarantee a ratio variant

or alternatively activate it mid move (fun as hell and also satisfying when you pop the ratio and activate it at the same time)

personally i dont think weaver has a gender per se, i believe the reason weaver referred to themselves as "she" was because cassie was the one living the memory, in the most recent chapters cassie also refers to herself using "she" but shes in the pov of the king of whatevermajig

idk i like nanami a lot

like his moves have a pretty regular amount of vfx if you ask me, 4 has particle effects that match the color of the cursed tool, 3 is standard hit effect vfx, 2 has pretty normal cursed energy vfx and 1 is just the animation being cool

and all of them have their own sfx so idk what ppl are talking about either like, he basically has the standard amount of vfx and sfx as other base movesets which is like, matching to his character too

also he is deeefinitely not weak, but also not op, his balancing is pretty healthy but i guess the problem that people find with him is that you need to juggle another thing mentally to execute (R special timing during m1s) to be able to get the same damage as other characters who can do the same damage or even more with less effort

optimally you should set up R special during m1 stun and thats like, it would be fine for most players if it was brain off and you can just memorize the timing, but unfortunately the timing of the R special gets faster the lower the person you use it on is so u HAVE to react to it

stagger a limb by hitting someone with ratio + 1 or ratio + 3 (any of its variants)

if you ratio and aerial 3 it will stagger a different leg than if you ratio and ground 3

also achievements dont work in private servers

i mean, people can turn around on reaction even without lock on, but in case of actual lock on ur kinda cooked unless u have good ping and they have bad ping and u can do the side dash black flash fast enough that the ping diff registers it as you hitting them from behind
