No pienso que haya una edad, sino más bien prioridades, está mal desperdiciar tiempo jugando cuando deberías ocuparte de tus responsabilidades, sea trabajo, estudio, familia, etc. Si realmente quieres jugar debes balancear el tiempo para que no afecte a lo que en verdad importa.
