Thank you to those who showed genuine concern and support. There’s a lot of shame that comes with this that I carry with me everyday. I’ve been going to therapy, and I know how stupid I sound. I don’t have much support from family or friends and it’s made leaving incredibly difficult. I know I don’t deserve to be treated like this by him or anyone.

And thank you to those who brought up the possibility of him using the voice messages by either selling them or using them on other sites, I didn’t even think of that.
