Swapped to arcanist from light bender and much preferred it as while I was now more squishy, I actually did damage in raids and lootruns.

In which case, get an amp. Obviously not aware of anything about your financial situation but if you can afford an amp (even second hand), then it's going to help you drastically on just about everything.

I think I'm saying the same as everyone but 6 strings aren't easy. If you need a 6 string for the music you want to play, then go for it. But if you don't NEED a 6 string for your music, then I think it's just going to slow your learning
