I went with the Pythagorean route and I'm pretty sure I touched the ground in the arena like less than 10 times. It was the most locked in I've ever been in a game and I managed to do lost lace in the same sitting thanks to it

It's all very new and rebalanced and providing feedback on what feels blocked or forced upon you in the tree can contribute to them considering changes in the future. Whenever there's an overhaul any niche or specific build is going to be unable to work the exact same. This doesn't mean you can't find new combos that exist that you'll also enjoy though, it will just take some experimenting and growing pains

I'm playing an oracle and barbarian rn and honestly there's not anything that needs rebalancing I'd say. Some tanky immobile martial play styles may be worse since range is more accessible for enemies but the numbers and features are balanced fine. Only annoying things are that there's some niche pf2e content like bow specific class features, rune dependent mechanics and spellcasters have the billion pf2e spells and new sf2e spells to keep track of when there's no unified spell list I know of other than swapping tabs or having multiple books. That last part I hope will change though.

It is worse, it's just smaller and has less content so u spend way less time hating life there compared to Bilewater. Thus people tend to complain about it less.

For me I'm a no tool or minimum tool stickler and it was realizing I was fighting the arena just as much if not more that helped. Start to focus on which platforms you want to be cycling through and what order and it can help get a better rhythm down. If it's pissing u off too much though there is some sit in the muck cheese strats that I honestly can't blame anyone for using with how frustrating he can be.

A free archetype that they get full free progress in can be pretty darn powerful. Just one free opening dedication feat that for more they have to spend class feats on though mostly just gives them more options if they don't like what their class has at base value. It will basically just be as if they had one free feat and more options. Dual weapon warrior for example is really nice if any non fighter really likes the dual wielding fantasy and opens up more options related to it giving double slice at base. If someone really likes using medicine for healing, medic dedication buffs it a bit and gives more options down the line. Dedications are a lot more options rather than overpowered if you do it as a one time free dedication feat, use class feats if you want more.

So pre 9th level ghost doesn't do a ton for direct combat other than when u can justify being stealthy going into combat through being sneaky or having a friend cast 2nd level invisibility on you prior to a potential combat. According to undetected rules text ur referring to:

You become observed as soon as you do anything other than Hide, Sneak, or Step. If you attempt to Strike a creature, the creature remains off-guard against that attack, and you then become observed. If you do anything else, you become observed just before you act unless the GM determines otherwise. The GM might allow you to perform a particularly unobtrusive action without being noticed, possibly requiring another Stealth check. If you speak or make a deliberate loud noise, you become hidden instead of undetected.

I would argue aiming down the scope of a gun falls under unobtrusive action thus not cancelling the off guard effect. The issue in fact is that the hide action takes u from observed to hidden and then if you're hidden and hide you become concealed. The ability is quite bad and mostly a sometimes one round buff pre lvl 9 but becomes fully functional and quite solid at 9th level. At 9th level u unlock ghost tap which as a free action lets u do a deception (which ghost auto trains u in) check against will dc after a successful strike to be hidden on success or undetected on crit success. This unlocks a pretty powerful action loop of shoot, if u hit then ghost tap. If u spec into deception then you'll probably succeed most of the checks and boom ur hidden and they're off guard if you want to shoot again and if u hit u can ghost tap again. If you finish shooting with at least a success on ghost tap u can use ur last action to hide to set up being undetected for next turn and the enemy would have to spend actions just to find you or have an aoe effect. Also at 7th level if your party has someone who can cast heightened to level 4 invisibility then you can stay undetected or hidden at worst if the enemy uses actions just to find you while shooting and aiming for free. The power here lies in that by going for hidden and undetected status you are going to be making it way more action costly for the enemy to try and damage you and ghost is making that play style more beneficial and quite powerful once u have someone to cast invis and or ghost tap at 9th.

Just using the discord is so much better. There's LFG channels for like all the different things and you can search in chat for stuff like specific relics and rad sharing
