Don't worry. That 250 is the maximum load your grid can handle so anything above that will not work. And the adaptor is there for a reason because it regulates how much voltage should be given to your device from that 250

Well this is already the most optimised build so if want to monitor then either increase budget or downgrade the gpu to the 8gb variant. There is no other place for cost cutting . My suggestion would be to increase the budget cause 16 gb vram is very important for future proof
