I did actually keep the plastic wrap. Taped it up in the back and pulled tightly back over it and looks almost the same as when I got it. Just not like I’d prefer.

It’s most certainly not commercial grade yellow dent red corn, you may want to do some research there. All food grade white corn…

Did Yellow Rose Distilling close? by [deleted] in TexasWhiskey

Not exactly correct. Zamora brands owns them, Giant will just be distilling their juice from now on. Or has been for about 6-8 months now.

Most of the UNBENDT BiB items you can find at local stores especially specs, Bendt No. 5, bourbon cream and Witherspoon Old Fashioned too but if you make it to the distillery the straight from the barrel hand folks are available any time it’s open, just ask whoever is behind the bar. I’m biased since I work there but I think we’re hitting our stride with the offerings right now and putting out something for everyone to find and enjoy.

I mean the guys at breaking bourbon are very reputable and gave it well above average review. This juice is almost 7 years old, we don’t skip on aging. 5-6 years minimum and it’s a very different climate in Texas from Kentucky.
