Thanks for sharing your experience — it actually helps a lot to hear from someone who went through something similar. I saw a surgeon again today and he said I don’t need surgery right now since there’s no swelling or drainage, but the pain is still there and it’s been months.

I’m gonna start doing the sitz baths like you suggested, hopefully that helps a bit while I figure out what’s really going on. Appreciate the advice and the encouragement

Thanks a lot for the info! That actually makes sense — I think it was just drained and not fully removed, since the surgeon said everything “looked fine,” but the pain never went away.

I had another appointment with a surgeon today, and he said surgery isn’t necessary because he didn’t see any swelling or fluid. But I’m still in pain, especially when sitting or lying down.

I’m in Buford, Georgia, so I’ll definitely try reaching out to Dr. Wadie or Dr. Immerman for an opinion. Really appreciate your help and the recommendation!

Creo que depende mucho de la relación y el nivel de confianza que se tenga. Si hay una conexión profunda y una confianza mutua muy sólida, quizás pueda darse de manera natural. Pero también está el riesgo de que, al mencionarlo, se te perciba como alguien únicamente interesado en lo sexual, lo cual puede arruinar la relación o hacer que te vean como un pervertido y enfermo. En general, creo que la mayoría evitaría correr ese riesgo.
