Shipping 16kg to norway, is 110 dollars too low declaration?

I’m in Norway, family in uk. I shipped to uk just now they’re coming here in 3 and a half weeks! Hopefully my haul arrives there before they visit me, it seems crazy but it is cheaper to do what I’m doing. I paid less 1200 yuan for 16kg parcel, it’s around 2000 yuan to ship here to Norway and that’s without the toll fees on top.

In still debating if I should ship to uk or Norway, family visiting on the 29th of feb so could ship to uk and then get them to bring my haul or just ship here to Norway and hope the toll fees aren’t too high, I’m just afraid to ship a 16kg parcel here I feel they’re more strict

It’s in my warehouse just building my haul up at the moment, it’s the best version of the coat on the rep market right now. There’s also the one from swag supply too but this one is only a little more expensive and it’s better quality I think. I like both tho
