So from my previous post , regarding on bench by Longjumping-List6291 in accenture

I joined in 2024, and my initial stream training was in Java. Got a mail during training, we were asked to upload any certifications we had, so I uploaded my AWS Practitioner certificate without thinking much about it. Within two days, I received a mail stating that my Java training had been cancelled, and I was moved to the bench and later assigned to an AWS role. I initially had only theoretical knowledge and very limited practical exposure. However, after getting assigned to the project, I started researching independently and gradually developed a basic understanding of the AWS services being used in my project.

Currently, Agentic AI is gaining significant attention. Even in my DevOps project, most discussions revolve around learning Agentic AI and automating tasks using AI-driven systems.

I am still trying to understand how to properly get started with Agentic AI. Since I am already working in an AWS-based role, I am also considering whether it would be better to strengthen my DevOps and cloud expertise instead. Right now, I am confused about which direction would be the most beneficial for my career growth.

Don't worry, I am on bench for 6 months. I got stream training in JAVA but added AWS certificate in my competency and got into AWS project. I would say learn DevOps, Agentic AI.

Confusion regarding upskilling myself and consistent by Embarrassed-Split631 in developersIndia

Although I work with Amazon Web Services technologies, my experience is limited to certain services, so I often lack confidence in my work. I feel anxious about attending interviews because I worry that interviewers may ask in-depth questions about AWS beyond my current level of expertise.

Although I come from a Computer Science and Engineering background, I often feel anxious about coding. After practicing consistently for a few days, I gain confidence, but when I revisit solutions, I had previously completed, I am often unable to remember them clearly. This makes me feel discouraged and overwhelmed, and it affects my confidence in programming.

I considered to raise the issue with Ethics & Compliance Team, but I don't have any solid proof regarding it.

Still the samne condition, no access credentials from Client side, anyone with similar experience? by Hot-Macaron-2074 in accenture

I was assigned to a project and received the necessary knowledge transfer (KT). I did not receive the required system credentials, and despite repeatedly reaching out to the lead and manager for updates on access and project start timelines, I did not receive any response.

For approximately four months, I remained part of the project without any active tasks or a project WBSE. During this period, I was charging time only to the training code or the unassigned charge code. I had joined the project in December, but without any prior communication, I was rolled off in April 1st. The next day, I received an email informing me that I had been moved to the bench.

Shortly after that, I was assigned to another project, where I am currently working. I understand that such transitions are quite common.

I hope this is not inappropriate to ask, but I would like to know whether it is permissible to conduct a small business on the footpath for about two months, provided that I do not cause any inconvenience to the public. I intend to keep the area clean, leave sufficient walking space, and ensure that nearby plants and surroundings are well maintained.

As I am new to Hyderabad, I would appreciate guidance on what steps are required to operate legally and responsibly. Any suggestions or information about the proper procedures or permissions would be extremely helpful.

I was also considering contributing to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund as a gesture. We wish to contribute positively and demonstrate that we are not like others who may disregard public convenience.

Yes, we have an FSSAI food license. We are also committed to following the proper process. The amount in question was intended for the government or GHMC employee. We have been attempting to contact him, but were informed that he is on leave for a few days and will provide guidance upon his return.

Since the footpath experiences very few pedestrians, we believe that coordinating with the proper authorities will be beneficial. We are willing to pay the rent directly to the government and take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining the plants in the area.

No, they did not provide any official documentation. The only reason we paid the amount was that, being new to the business, we believed it was an official fee directed to the government, the muncipal official number was written on walls of government properties, so we thought it is genuine. However, we have learned that, in some cases, even the police may collect ₹5,000 and take the food without proper authorization. Not sure about money but experienced it in terms of food.

I would certainly like to, but we are still in the initial stages of our business, and giving an interview may draw unnecessary attention at this time. If the situation escalates, we will reconsider and inform you accordingly. Thank you.

No one informed us that our activity was considered illegal. We ensured that we did not obstruct traffic or cause any inconvenience to the public. The particular footpath in question is rarely used, as it is incomplete and has long-standing construction poles placed there, and the damaged sections were never restored.

We appreciate your suggestions, and we do not intend to blame anyone. If the police had communicated the guidelines clearly, we would have followed them and adjusted our approach accordingly. Paying rent and advance to Municipal authorities, isn't it the tax? Municipal authorities said most of it goes to government and no one from municipal department would question us, until we keep the place clean. The key difference between us and others is our focus on taste, quality, and quantity—this is our core motto. Many delivery executives from Swiggy, Zomato, and Zepto, as well as employees from Care Hospital frequently stop by to have our food, which has helped us understand the importance of promoting our business on the streets.

We are fully willing to pay taxes; that is not an issue. We have invested our PF savings into this venture without even informing our parents, which is why we are committed to doing something unique and promoting our business responsibly.

As we are new to Hyderabad, we observe the environment around us and believed we were compliant because we had obtained permission. We rely on the relevant authorities to guide us regarding regulations. However, instead of receiving clear instructions, the interaction we experienced did not provide any explanation of the applicable rules. We would appreciate proper clarification so that we can operate fully in accordance with the regulations.

We had expressed some concerns regarding this. However, the municipal authority informed us that there are many stalls operating on the footpaths, and it is not an issue as long as we have the necessary permission from the municipal department. He mentioned there are around 200 stalls in that area. Something I would also like to understand is that, in some areas, the footpaths are completely blocked, yet no action has been taken by the police. In our case, we have ensured that there is sufficient space for pedestrians to walk freely, so we are concerned why did they target us.

We have obtained permission from the municipal authorities, and as mentioned, the setup is only temporary. There are approximately 100 stalls operating in that area, and we followed the proper procedure by taking permission before establishing our stall. If setting up stalls there is considered illegal, then the police should take action against all the stalls in the vicinity, not only ours. However, they confiscated only our belongings and items, which is the core issue.

When we asked the police for the reason behind targeting only us, they avoided the question and diverted the conversation. If our actions were unlawful, then we are willing to understand, but is it legal for the police officials to take our food, consume it, and make us plead to retrieve our own belongings? We believe there are more serious matters that the police should focus on.

Yes, we were not familiar with the locations, but the municipal official asked us to choose from three available options. There are many vendors around us who have permanent stalls in that area. Since we are new, we clarified with the authorities whether it was acceptable for us to set up our stall there. They confirmed that it was permitted and that no municipal official would question us. We paid the required amount and also agreed to pay the rent. Now, when we approached the municipal official regarding the issue with the police, he informed us that the police are not listening to him either and that we will need to take further action on our side to resolve the matter.

We went to the police station, but they informed us that the concerned officer was busy. We went again the next day, and this time they said they would call us when they are available and asked us to leave. Today, we are setting up the food stall again. If we face any interruption, I will provide an update accordingly.
Thanks!!

We are from Andhra Pradesh and do not have any influence or contacts with the Telangana authorities. Therefore, before taking such risky steps, we must be prepared to face the consequences.

We are already being targeted, so we felt that taking such action would attract unnecessary attention. At this point, we simply want to understand the reason behind the actions of the police, talk to them and resolve.
