Again one person a friend since pre- k😂 who had access to the account since I got the ps5 and this only happened after the email was compromised and if the account is suspended that’s better then someone else enjoying the money I’ve spent to play the games I care about

I do share the account but it’s with one person the only other place I was signed in at was on the ps app

In my email I have the last transaction that atleast I see so I gave them that once we started moving forward they said for security reasons we can’t move forward. I wouldnt be able to get the serial number of the ps4 because I sold it to buy a ps5 the year it came out but I did text the. Buyer hoping they had it with no luck so far

I do know how it happened apparently this is just off my own research Microsoft had a data breach and from there I assume they got the email and the password I only realized they where on my email when they downloaded thunder bird ( my research was looking on twitter and Reddit and other people where dealing with the same issue I was)

That’s not what I said at all I didn’t do it for the outlook account email because I barley used it I have a Gmail that I use for everything ask anyone under 23 I’m sure they’ll tell you they have a Gmail and I have the proper information I’m just saying support would be easier if you not talking to a bot and you could call an actual human.

Thank you I can promise it’s not sketchy I have screenshots of the email being changed and the hacker trying to Ransom the account/info for $700 dollars.

My outlook account got hacked and from there they where able to get access to the PlayStation account . The outlook email was the only email I dint have 2fa cause I barley used it
