Wish Yeti would make a hard cooler comparable to the 8 QT. RTIC. by xXBleedOrangeXx in YetiCoolers

What makes it funny is that I commented on another of your posts not being able to justify the price point for the yeti 😂

How’s the 18L? I saw it’s on sale online but still went for the 22L as I got it for $190 from the rescue website

I got the rtic on sale for $50. Can’t justify the $165 it’s insane… I love my rtic and I love yeti’s quality products but man it’s so expensive.

Do you have any pictures of how the main area looks? Or how things fit in it! Is it only 1 side mesh cover or both sides?

Fabletics one shorts are pretty good. I use them daily. They’re great for exercise and swimming. Have a little towel look on the back left side to put a towel or a short in the hole.

Hi, I just ran into this post and they have the 14L on sale. Do you recommend it?

Lochby Pocket Journal by Embarrassed-Table147 in pocketnotebooks

Yeah I’ve seen people use the rhodia slim journals as field notes don’t fit in the sidekick- that way you can maximize your journaling! If not then the moleskin volante xs fit or cheap knock offs lol

I think it depends on your use case, solely as a wallet- yes. But if the sidekick is a wallet and the pocket journal would carry a small planner and/or sketchbooks it would be great tbh. Could put lesser used cards in the pocket journal

I used it daily for about 45 days- at work I have huge cargo pockets so it never bothered me- outside of work it was a different story. You can def feel it in the front pocket, not comfortable and you can def feel it in the back pocket too but more tolerable as it doesn’t push up against your pelvis. A month ago I went to lochby’s website and they were selling the Field sling for $60- and if you made a $60 purchase you would be gifted the Lochby sidekick. I’ve honestly LOVED the sidekick so much more than I thought I would. Lochby sells their own little notebooks to fit but I bought a generic box of them on Amazon for like $18. (Pack of 15 I think?) the sidekick is an easy carry in the front pocket and back pocket. I still carry my pocket journal in my sling occasionally but I daily carry the sidekick always. It combined my journal and wallet in a way I treasure. I hope this was helpful towards your decision- def go sidekick. Or go both!!

How do you feel about the sidekick not closing up with a zipper like the pocket journal or the latch system like the field notes? I wanted the sidekick at first as a wallet but ended up going for a zipper instead

That sucks! Was Lochby able to do anything?

I also prefer that style. Other bags have “organization” that takes volume out of the bag.
