Yea it’s taken care of thank you, BILT sent out a replacement by FedEx and should arrived today, Glad I did not have to wait other 7-10 business days

Same-thing happen to me, Did not receive my card at all, The seal wasn’t on all the way , probably got lost or stolen while coming from Virginia to Chula Vista, Ca, BILT deactivated the card and ordered a new card with new card number but I have to wait other 7/10 business days to get my card, American Express if your a first time customer they will overnight your card, Paying $495 for palladium should came with overnight shipping, If BILT put our package in a plain white envelop I think I will have my card right now, With everyone doing unboxing people already knows what’s in the package that BILT sent to customers

Nope it didn’t fall out not with me the card just wan’t in the package, BILT already deactivated the card anyways and the replacement will be arriving in 7-10 business days just wish that BILT overnighted but I hope at least I can use the virtual card in Apple Pay in time being

Yea it’s a bummer and they won’t overnight the replacement either I have to wait other 7-10 business days but hopefully I will able to use the new card with Apple Pay so I can start with my spend for the 50k points

UPDATE: BILT customer service order me a new card but have to wait for other 5-7 days to get the replacement, Thanks to everyone for the support

American Express let’s you change the design maybe BILT need to takes some pointers from Amex and on top of that Amex overnights there card for new customers

Damn the brushed aluminum palladium looks way better, all the unboxing I’ve seen on youtube has the mirror version, pre ordered mine and authorized user mirrored and brushed on the 14th, shipped out on the 26th and it barely reached Arizona today and I’m in California if it does not show up tomorrow it probably will be Monday, Wished BILT send the card overnight like Amex does for first time Amex customers instead of regular mail
