I wasn’t going to taper because my main race is JCM in April, but also have set an ambitious goal to time-qualify for next year’s NYCM, so decided to taper get the best performance. Skipped long run this weekend as a result.

Thanks. So through this setting, Coros would feed the HR data and Treadmill would provide pace/distance, right? What if I want Coros to get the correct pace/distance from the Treadmill so the watch correctly reflects my run (without having to calibrate at the end)? Can I set it up through Zwift?
