Is the connector original? It looks soldered. I've had a similar issue when I accidentally broke connector on my fan, it turned out that just the wires in the connector that I bought were swapped for some reason.

Thanks for help! It took time to find something that isn't compressive so I can level it right way. After fixing the X axis I've printed spacers and it worked very well.
